Cancellation

Background to the cancellation rules

It makes the teachers better - Cancellation policies protect the time, energy and dedication of hard-working teachers. This benefits students because teachers are better able to maintain a high level of passion, dedication and energy to teach and help students achieve their goals. It is polite to value teachers' energies by giving them adequate notice of cancellations and compensating for their time when you cannot attend.

It makes the participants better - By placing emphasis and responsibility on professional training and lessons, students maintain a deep commitment, strong work ethic and understanding of professionalism. All teachers are professionals who have also been students for many years. Each teacher has learned the value of treating lessons with the deepest commitment and has respected their own teachers over the years by following their cancellation rules. This is a very important part of showing teachers that their time is valuable. Respecting the employees' hard work and time is crucial to succeeding as an artist.

It makes other artists better - Lesson times fill up very quickly. Teachers can sometimes find their schedules fully booked 3 or more weeks in advance. There is often a waiting list for appointments. Because of this, a cancellation policy is even more important. Students often need last minute sessions for larger auditions, recordings, performances or opportunities. It is impossible to help students achieve success when cancellations are given at short notice. By striving to give 72+ hours of cancellation notice, students can help other artists succeed by giving them access to unused playing time that can be very important to them.

Your understanding of the cancellation rules is greatly appreciated. The concert shop is committed to ensuring a fair situation for all students. All participants should please know that we care, love and respect every student. Enforcement of cancellation policies is simply part of professional studies in all leading music studios.

We thank you again for your courtesy and respect for your teachers in respecting the cancellation policy.

When you submit your reservation for one or more of our programs and/or pay the individual fee, you agree to follow the cancellation policy.
